Country House
HISTORY
Ponet Vinyet is a Catalan farmhouse located on the outskirts of Solsona, exactly 3.5 km away, in a totally rural setting, surrounded by fields and with views of the mountains.
The house is located in the area of Santa Llucia de Solsona also called "El Vinyet de Solsona" hence its name PONET VINYET
It was built in 1776 and during the years that followed, several extensions were made, it was acquired by the great-great-grandfather of the current owner in 1909, which became the main home of the family.
Now, after remodeling the house, we are embarking on a new adventure and we want to share it with everyone who seeks to enjoy an environment in this type of space, turning it into a Rural House adapted to accommodate groups, families, meetings, or anyone who wants to stay in an environment of nature and tranquility.
Ponet Vinyet has 5 rooms with capacity for 10-12 people, spread over the 3 floors of the house, being one of the few Rural Houses where you can find a double room on the ground floor, thus facilitating its access to people who need it.
It has a dining room with fireplace, kitchen, living room, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Pool, porch and barbecue.

Access to the Garden equipped with Hammocks, and solarium. It also has a dining area covered by a porch, equipped with a laundry area, garden table and chairs to eat while enjoying the pool.

Outdoor swimming pool, adapted for children and adults, with a stone shower area solarium.
